Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • ¾ cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • as needed Oil for frying
  • as needed Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix egg, milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Pour batter into a squeeze bottle. Squeeze batter into hot oil in a circular motion.
  6. Fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
