- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 Egg beaten
- ¾ cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- as needed Oil for frying
- as needed Powdered sugar for dusting
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix egg, milk, and vanilla extract.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Pour batter into a squeeze bottle. Squeeze batter into hot oil in a circular motion.
Fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
