- 1 lb Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
- ¼ cup Butter
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the brown sugar, salt, and pepper, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Add the carrots and stir to coat them with the glaze.
4. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the carrots are tender.
5. Serve warm.
