Greek Horiatiki Salad Recipe
A traditional Greek salad with fresh vegetables and feta cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 200 g feta cheese, cubed
- 16 Kalamata olives
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and green bell pepper.
Add feta cheese and olives.
Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
Toss gently to combine.
