Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes
  • 100 g Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 handful Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until soft.
  3. 3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add the diced tomatoes and dried oregano. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Remove from heat and stir in the crumbled feta cheese.
  7. 7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
