Salad Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced cucumbers
- ½ cup sliced red onions
- ½ cup kalamata olives pitted
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- to taste salt and pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, and olives.
Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to combine.
Top with crumbled feta cheese and serve immediately.
