Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad
A light and healthy chicken salad made with Greek yogurt.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup Celery, chopped
- ½ cup Red onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, chopped celery, and red onion.
Add the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
