Dressing Ingredients
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Oregano dried
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice.
Add the Dijon mustard, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
