Grilled Apple and Swiss Cheese Sandwich

- 4 slices Bread any type you prefer
- 1 whole Apple thinly sliced
- 4 slices Swiss Cheese
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
2. Place two slices, buttered side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
3. Layer with Swiss cheese and apple slices.
4. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
5. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until cheese is melted.
