Grilled Cheese and Peanut Butter Sandwich
A unique twist on the classic grilled cheese with a hint of peanut butter.

- 2 slices Bread
- 2 tablespoon Peanut Butter
- 2 slices Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Butter for grilling
1. Spread peanut butter on one side of each bread slice.
2. Place cheese slices on top of the peanut butter on one slice of bread.
3. Top with the other slice of bread, peanut butter side down.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
5. Grill the sandwich until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
