Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread preferably sourdough
- 2 slices Cheddar Cheese or your favorite cheese
- 1 medium Tomato sliced
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
2. Place two slices, butter side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add cheese and tomato slices on top of the bread in the skillet.
4. Top with the remaining bread slices, butter side up.
5. Cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
