  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions 

  1. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Place a slice of cheese between two slices of bread, mayonnaise side out.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
  4. Cook the sandwich until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
