Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 slices Bread
  • 4 slices Cheese Cheddar or your choice
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 tablespoon Butter for greasing
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Form the ground beef into 4 patties. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties until done to your liking. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. Butter one side of each bread slice. Place 4 slices, butter side down, on the skillet.
  4. 4. Add a slice of cheese, a beef patty, and another slice of cheese on top of each bread slice in the skillet.
  5. 5. Top with the remaining bread slices, butter side up. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, flipping once.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
