Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground chicken
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 Burger buns
  • 4 slices Cheese optional
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 Tomato sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  4. Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two.
  6. Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, and cheese if using.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
