Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Grilled Chicken, diced
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Celery, chopped
  • ¼ cup Red Onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 8 slices Bread
  • 1 cup Lettuce
  • 1 cup Tomato, sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the grilled chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  3. 3. Toast the bread slices on the grill until golden brown.
  4. 4. Spread the chicken salad mixture onto four slices of bread.
  5. 5. Top with lettuce and tomato slices, then cover with the remaining bread slices.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
