Ingredients

  • 250 g Halloumi cheese sliced
  • 4 Tortilla wraps
  • 1 Red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 Cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup Mixed greens
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a grill pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Brush halloumi slices with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano.
  3. 3. Grill halloumi slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. 4. Warm tortilla wraps in a dry pan or microwave.
  5. 5. Assemble wraps by placing grilled halloumi, red bell pepper, cucumber, and mixed greens on each tortilla.
  6. 6. Roll up the wraps and serve immediately.
