Instructions
1. Heat a grill pan over medium heat.
2. Brush halloumi slices with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano.
3. Grill halloumi slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
4. Warm tortilla wraps in a dry pan or microwave.
5. Assemble wraps by placing grilled halloumi, red bell pepper, cucumber, and mixed greens on each tortilla.
6. Roll up the wraps and serve immediately.
