Grilled Hawaiian Chicken and Pineapple Sandwiches

- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 4 slices Pineapple fresh or canned
- 4 pieces Hamburger Buns
- ¼ cup Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
3. During the last few minutes of grilling, add the pineapple slices to the grill and cook until they have grill marks.
4. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for a minute or two.
5. Assemble the sandwiches by spreading mayonnaise on the buns, adding lettuce, grilled chicken, and pineapple slices. Drizzle with teriyaki sauce.
