  • 4 Italian sausage links
  • 4 Hoagie rolls
  • 2 Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the sausages with olive oil and place them on the grill. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
  3. While the sausages are cooking, toss the sliced peppers and onions with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill them for about 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
  4. Toast the hoagie rolls on the grill for about 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
  5. Assemble the sandwiches by placing a sausage in each roll and topping with grilled peppers and onions. Serve immediately.
