Grilled Italian Sausage Sandwich
A delicious and easy-to-make sandwich with grilled Italian sausage, peppers, and onions.

- 4 Italian sausage links
- 4 Hoagie rolls
- 2 Bell peppers, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the sausages with olive oil and place them on the grill. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
While the sausages are cooking, toss the sliced peppers and onions with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill them for about 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
Toast the hoagie rolls on the grill for about 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
Assemble the sandwiches by placing a sausage in each roll and topping with grilled peppers and onions. Serve immediately.
