Grilled Mac and Cheese
A delicious twist on the classic mac and cheese, grilled to perfection.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Elbow macaroni
- 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup Milk
- ¼ cup Butter
- ¼ cup All-purpose flour
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
3. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
4. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Combine the cheese sauce with the cooked macaroni. Pour into a baking dish.
6. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Place the baking dish on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
