Grilled Mushroom Swiss Burgers Recipe
Juicy burgers topped with grilled mushrooms and melted Swiss cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 pieces Burger buns
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Form the ground beef into 4 patties. Season with salt and pepper.
Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
While the patties are grilling, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty during the last minute of grilling to melt.
Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the buns and topping with grilled mushrooms.
