Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 pieces Burger buns
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Form the ground beef into 4 patties. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  4. While the patties are grilling, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
  5. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty during the last minute of grilling to melt.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the buns and topping with grilled mushrooms.
