Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread preferably ciabatta or sourdough
  • 4 slices Cheese such as mozzarella or provolone
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 4 slices Ham
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the panini press.
  2. 2. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  3. 3. Layer cheese, tomato, and ham between two slices of bread, with the buttered sides facing out.
  4. 4. Place the sandwich on the panini press and grill for 3-5 minutes until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
  5. 5. Remove from the press, slice in half, and serve immediately.
