Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 2 pieces Whole Wheat Bread
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 piece Tomato sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. 3. Grill the salmon for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. While the salmon is grilling, toast the whole wheat bread on the grill for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
  5. 5. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
  6. 6. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on one side of each toasted bread slice.
  7. 7. Place the grilled salmon on one slice of bread, top with shredded lettuce and tomato slices, then cover with the other slice of bread.
  8. 8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
