Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 pcs Hard-boiled eggs, quartered
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 pc Avocado, sliced

Louie Dressing

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Set aside.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the Louie dressing.
  4. 4. In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and hard-boiled eggs.
  5. 5. Add the grilled shrimp to the salad and drizzle with Louie dressing. Toss gently to combine.
  6. 6. Serve immediately.
