Grilled Shrimp Louie Recipe
A classic shrimp salad with a tangy Louie dressing.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 pcs Hard-boiled eggs, quartered
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 pc Avocado, sliced
Louie Dressing
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Set aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the Louie dressing.
4. In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and hard-boiled eggs.
5. Add the grilled shrimp to the salad and drizzle with Louie dressing. Toss gently to combine.
6. Serve immediately.
