Ingredients

  • 200 g Tofu firm, sliced
  • 2 slices Bread whole grain
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 slice Tomato large, sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. 3. Brush the tofu slices with the mixture.
  4. 4. Grill the tofu slices for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. 5. Toast the bread slices on the grill pan for about 1-2 minutes.
  6. 6. Assemble the sandwich by placing grilled tofu, lettuce, and tomato slices between the toasted bread.
