  • 4 slices Bread
  • 2 medium Tomatoes sliced
  • 100 g Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Brush the bread slices with olive oil on both sides.
  3. 3. Place the tomato slices on the grill pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until slightly charred.
  4. 4. Assemble the sandwich by placing grilled tomatoes and crumbled feta cheese between two slices of bread. Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Grill the assembled sandwich on the grill pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is slightly melted.
