Grilled Turkey Reuben Sandwich Recipe
A delicious twist on the classic Reuben sandwich, using turkey instead of corned beef.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices rye bread
- 4 slices turkey breast
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 0.5 cup sauerkraut
- 0.25 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 2 tablespoon butter
Butter one side of each slice of rye bread.
Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
Layer each slice with turkey, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Thousand Island dressing.
Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
Grill sandwiches until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
