Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 4 Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the diced potatoes and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
  4. 4. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
