  • 30 oz frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham
  • 0.5 cup diced onion
  • 0.5 cup diced bell pepper
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine hash browns, cheese, ham, onion, and bell pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour egg mixture over hash brown mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the eggs are set.
