- 1 package Frozen Hash Browns thawed
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Onion finely chopped
- 1 stick Butter melted
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed hash browns, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, chopped onion, melted butter, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
