- 4 pcs Potatoes peeled and grated
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1. Peel and grate the potatoes.
2. Rinse the grated potatoes in cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
3. Mix the grated potatoes with salt.
4. Heat butter and vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Add the potatoes to the pan and press them down with a spatula.
6. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 7-8 minutes per side.
7. Serve hot.
