  • 1 cup Shredded coconut
  • 1 cup Chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1 cup Mixed greens
  • ½ cup Mandarin oranges
  • ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Toss gently to mix well.
  3. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
