  • 4 cups Watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 0.25 cup Fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 0.25 cup Fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the watermelon, feta, mint, and basil.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice. Toss gently to combine.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
