Honduran Baleadas Recipe
A traditional Honduran dish made with flour tortillas, refried beans, and various toppings.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- ¾ cup Warm water
- 1 cup Refried beans
- ½ cup Crumbled cheese
- ½ cup Sour cream
- 1 unit Avocado, sliced
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add vegetable oil and warm water. Mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes, then let it rest for 15 minutes.
4. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
5. Roll out each ball into a thin circle.
6. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each tortilla for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
7. Spread refried beans on each tortilla, then top with crumbled cheese, sour cream, and avocado slices.
