- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices Texas toast
- 2 cups French fries
- 2 cups cheddar cheese sauce
- to taste Salt and pepper
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
Toast the Texas toast slices until golden brown.
Cook the French fries according to package instructions.
Place a slice of Texas toast on each plate. Top with cooked ground beef.
Add a layer of French fries on top of the beef.
Pour cheddar cheese sauce over the fries.
Serve immediately.
