Instructions
Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
Add sugar, apple cider vinegar, water, and Dijon mustard to the skillet. Whisk together and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Stir in the cooked bacon pieces. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve warm over your favorite salad.
