provolone cheese

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and cook until caramelized.
Add beef broth and roast beef to the skillet. Cook until heated through.
Place hoagie rolls on a baking sheet. Fill each roll with beef mixture and top with a slice of provolone cheese.
Bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
