Ingredients 

Chicken

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 buns Burger buns
  • 1 cup Pickles sliced
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. 3. Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Assemble sandwiches with buns, fried chicken, pickles, and lettuce.
