Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet. Add a generous amount of shredded cheese on top.
  4. 4. Place another slice of bread on top, butter side up. Cook until the bottom slice is golden brown and the cheese starts to melt.
  5. 5. Flip the sandwich and add more shredded cheese to the skillet, pressing the sandwich into the cheese to coat the outside. Cook until the cheese on the outside is crispy and the bread is golden brown.
  6. 6. Repeat with the remaining slices of bread and cheese.
