Diced ham

Eggs
beaten

Frozen peas and carrots

Soy sauce
or to taste

Green onions

Instructions
Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add diced ham and cook until slightly crispy.
Push ham to the side and pour beaten eggs into the wok. Scramble until fully cooked.
Add cooked rice, diced pineapple, peas and carrots. Stir well to combine.
Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
