  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 large Egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon Almond extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Sliced almonds for topping

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, sugar, egg whites, almond extract, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball slightly and top with sliced almonds.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
