- 2 cups Almond flour
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 2 large Egg whites at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon Almond extract
- 1 pinch Salt
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour and granulated sugar.
In another bowl, whisk the egg whites until frothy, then add the almond extract and a pinch of salt.
Gently fold the dry ingredients into the egg whites until well combined.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the macaroons are lightly golden.
Allow the macaroons to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
