  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Arrange the cleaned anchovies in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the anchovies.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
