  • 12 pieces Cannelloni tubes
  • 2 cups Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups Tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Fill the cannelloni tubes with the ricotta mixture using a spoon.
  4. Spread a layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Place the filled cannelloni tubes in the baking dish.
  6. Cover the cannelloni with the remaining tomato sauce and sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
