- 8 pieces Chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried basil
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, basil, and paprika.
Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs.
Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish, skin side up.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
