Italian Baked Rice

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice uncooked
- 2 cups Tomato sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper ground
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine uncooked rice, tomato sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top, and bake for another 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
