Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Beef Chuck Roast
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 package Italian Dressing Mix
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. 2. Pour the beef broth over the roast.
  3. 3. Sprinkle the Italian dressing mix, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, dried parsley, and red pepper flakes over the beef.
  4. 4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  5. 5. Shred the beef with two forks and serve on rolls or as desired.
