Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Bison
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce divided

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground bison, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add half of the marinara sauce to the mixture and mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Spread the remaining marinara sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
