Main Ingredients
- 4 cups cubed Italian bread
- 1 cup milk
- 0.5 cup heavy cream
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 cup raisins optional
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish.
Place the cubed bread in the dish.
In a bowl, whisk together milk, cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
Pour the mixture over the bread.
Let it sit for 10 minutes to soak.
Sprinkle raisins on top if using.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
