  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter softened
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and egg, and mix until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
  5. Fill a cookie press or piping bag with the dough and pipe the cookies onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  7. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
