Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • ¼ cup Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the milk, egg, and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Fold in the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
