Main Ingredients
- 500 g Ricotta cheese
- 200 g Sugar
- 4 Eggs large
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon Lemon zest freshly grated
- 50 g All-purpose flour
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, beat the ricotta cheese until smooth.
Add the sugar and mix well.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next.
Mix in the vanilla extract and lemon zest.
Gradually add the flour and mix until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cheesecake to cool in the pan before removing. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
