  • 500 g Ricotta cheese
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 4 Eggs large
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon zest freshly grated
  • 50 g All-purpose flour

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the ricotta cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the sugar and mix well.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next.
  5. Mix in the vanilla extract and lemon zest.
  6. Gradually add the flour and mix until smooth.
  7. Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow the cheesecake to cool in the pan before removing. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
